My 3 years in Boquete was a very good experience and an opportunity for growth.
One way I grew was I realized one disadvantage of a country that wants to expand
its expand by foreign investors.

Panama made it very appealing for retired people from other countrys to settle in Panama.
That was good for the retired people but sometimes a pain for the locals.
Many retired people came with the idea of living a comfortable life,but when they setteled in
they didnt try to become apart of the culture.many had the attitude improve your culture by
becoming like me.With many the we - they attitude was exhibited.

Hopefully this will change.

thanks lee I did appreciate that.I guess you could say that within my 3 year stay I became more in harmony with
panamians than I was with many gringos.I did have some great gringo friends but I felt more comfortable with panamians
than I did with many gringos I knew.I loved the attitude the courteous and graciousness of panamians.
Im sure you know what I mean.
