I spoke with Ralph Klinger this morning and he told me that there was an attempted break-in last night at a house a few doors down from him in Alto J. 4 men ( masked ) broke into the house through a window while the residents were at home. The owner of the house, an Argentinian man, fired two shots in the direction of the maleantes and screamed for them to get out. They left.The local police were called.
That's all I know. I will talk with Mark Heyer this morning. Ralph told me because we live somewhat near and he was worried about people being informed and being prepared, taking the proper precautions etc.
If anyone knows anything more on this please post.

Johnny again sorry I was harsh earlier...rough night w/ kids. As requested Mike is going to do a video that will help our female customers rearm/reinstall their system if they move. What is easy for Mike and you Johnny is harder for some of us female's. So he will have a installation video he can send or upload to a person's email based on their individual system. We are also going to carry a 4 quad unit that will work with any sim card anywere in the world.

Scissors and knives give the attacker a weapon to use on you, if they did not have a weapon already. Also putting the attacker to close for comfort. Pepper spray works from 12 feet away and marks the attacker with dye to be identified by the police.
Trust me when I was attacked and robbed if he had a knife or scissors the situation would have been much worse!
I agree, was just making fun of the US govt. video.....I would never try to use a pair of scissors on an attacker ,esp if he comes in with a gun or machete....I would probably do better w bare hands (giving him a thought of advantage, and me advantage of surprise ) as I was trained to kill w bare hands as a ranger in the military....
I am shocked the US gov would recommend that scary, huh? I thought I was strong but I was useless when my arm was grabbed and pulled back...it all happened so fast. So hand combat useless for me, just pray I never have to use the pepper spray, I now carry. Thanks Bjorn for clarification..have a nice day!

Another one..we herd of one in David last friday, another in Brisas, though the women is afraid and will not report it yet. IDEA!!!! There are many contruction workers in and out of the house across the street from ours, so every couple days I accidently trip our very loud alarm system to let all the workers be aware we are alarmed, connected and loud.
