Our Church, Boquete Bible Fellowship, is also collecting items. Here is the email the church secretary sent out:
Sorry for misspell..I bought them..you'd think I'd remember the name correctly (getting older sure has its challenges!)
This was the brand the young woman at Explora suggested..saw others/cheaper ... but went with a younger person's advice
If you don't mind shopping at Romeros, Coast milk powder (yellow and red can) is less expensive than Klim, and just as good, if not better. (I use it for making milk chocolate) Thus, the same amount of money makes more milk. For babies, Nestle's NIDO brand makes an infant formulation...not sure what's different about it.
Thanks, to all , we are not taking cash either. just good hearted donations.
However, if you DO wish to make a cash donation, Bruce Cornett, who has a house in Las Nubes, has set up this fund, whereby you can easily contribute via credit card:

dropped into the Explora Ya (across from Big Daddy's) They will Not take cash..but asked for water, milk and powdered baby milk .."Kline" is the brand she suggested.
Mandarin has it.
One of my neighbors stopped by the SINAPROC headquarters in Guadalupe late this afternoon, and posted this on another forum; " They need baby food, baby formula, diapers, and juice bottles that can be used by a child that cannot drink through a straw or use a cup. I guess they are the pop up top juice bottles with the cap you pull up to allow the juice to flow. They are good on toothpaste, toilet paper and soap for the moment. They do not need any clothes.
They are feeding 100 or more people every meal so food will continue to be needed."
