Does anyone have news about the Federal Mall being built in David? I haven't seen any news articles or heard anything about it for quite some time now.

Pretty hard to miss the massive construction site
coming out of David on the road to Boquete.
Probably something open during 2018.
There is going to be a Madison Store, Titan, El Costo, Several Resturants from the Capital, and more.
They definitely keep moving dirt around in there. Haven't seen much of a start on construction though.
Plenty of concrete being poured within the site beyond the covered perimeter fence.
Oh good. It would be nice not to have to go right into David and fight that traffic, but I fear that all the stores will be high priced 'specialty' stores, like the Chiriqui Mall. I have no basis for that assumption, but a Supermarket would be a great addition there. Does anyone know the names of any stores which have committed to the new mall?
