What a cutey, and rather unusual coloration! Surely she's domesticated, if so friendly. Looks intelligent!
She's very friendly, definitely not feral. No tattoo showing she's been spayed. Looks healthy. She just won't leave our house. If we lock her out she just cries and cries. She could leave if she wants to, but it appears she doesn't.
It looks like she has chosen you. If nobody claims her, can you keep her?
ARF has found a foster home for her and today we are taking her to Dr. Chely for a check up.

Already done, plus at and near our house. We've never seen this cat before. We know most of our neighbors and she's not theirs. She's quite friendly and won't leave our house,
I hope somebody didn't abandon her. I have asked Martha Miranda to put the cat on her FB page. It reaches a lot of the Panamanian community.
