It was released in 2016 and too is an excellent film.
But I always thought going vegan was a little extreme- I don't think that anymore.
I try to eat a healthy diet, but after this video I downloaded three vegan recipe apps.

Hi Kelvin, a friend passed it to me. She is very healthy and seems to find these type of educational video's. It is a new release, google it, lots on the group. It sure has me thinking and I thought Ning readers would appreciate it as a lifestyle option. I am glad you enjoyed it. It is sad though we are not being told the truth on diet.
Its not easy out there, but it sure seems after watching it twice now, the one thing is clear, their seems to be collusion with the food makers and the "Non Profits" who are to active as protectors for the consumers, that sure tells me a lot. The whole GMO thing is not good or healthy either. One friend of ours says "everything" in moderation. maybe he is right. One thing is sure, you can see eating processed anything with chemicals and preservatives leads to disease.
