Can anyone help me with the best way of how to expedite this process without costing an arm and a leg? i never did anything like this before and am a babe in the woods. My buyer and i would like to do an April 30th closing, so time is of the essence. Is a faxed notarized signature acceptable?

Happen to run across this...at your own risk as I know nothing of it, but says they are situated in Coronado.
What is a faxed notary? Is there a US notary living here?
The only US Notary in Panama is at the Embassy in PC.
One approach that I have used is to give my agent Power Of Attorney for the transaction. With the POA in hand he or she can negotiate using your explicit instructions as if you were there. Prior to my last settlement, there was a glitch where the buy/sell agreement had to be changed that negatively affected the commissions the agents were to receive. He scanned and sent me the relevant pages, I printed them, initialed the changes, scanned them back in and returned them by email. At settlement, that procedure for the final agreement was repeated for any changes along with a phone call and the settlement concluded. It was very easy and quick. That can only happen if your state allows it. Good luck.
You will have to get the notarization in person and then likely mail them with a verify expensive service, like DHL. I'm assuming you are in Panama at the moment? Check with whoever needs to receive the documents for their requirements. In the US, you MIGHT, be able to get them to accept a faxed notary.
Do yo mean i can send all my notarized papers by fax or that a notary can notarize my signatures by fax?
I mean, that if the bank/broker, where to allow it, then you might be able to fax the notarized papers.
Thank-you. where the glitch is is hoping they will accept a Panamanian notary. if not, I'll have to go to Panama City. Sure wish there was a US notary here.
