Our landlady has asked us to let you all know she would like to rent her house in El Huacal. It should be ready for occupancy the 1st week of November. It is a large 4 bedroom 2 bath with an additional small bath and bedroom of the laundry room for maids quarters. The home feature a large patio area suited for BBQ. It has ample parking, a large front yard and a backyard with 6 kennels. The front yard has a basketball hoop as well.

The rent she is asking is $900/month which includes the gardener. The has does not come with applainces. It is unfurnished. The landlady is a very pleasant Panamanian who made our stay here very easy.

Just beyond the turn to the Panamonte. You keep going instead of turn toward cafe Ruiz but not as far. there is a small bus stop with cover. We are down that road befor itturning right if you are heading toward Ruiz.
