Buenavista Plaza is the most ambitious commercial project in Boquete Panama. The Panama’s famous brand stores will be together in the best location of Chiriqui highlands. Is located in a strategic point of the city of Boquete in Chiriqui.
The tourist and commercial development that has been projected in the district of Boquete in Chiriqui has encouraged to create this beautiful Plaza.
Buenavista offers a country-style design with three floors, indoor parking, beautiful scenery, bus stops, ecological design, and all the amenities for any type of business that you want to install there.
Buenavista will have 165 covered parking lots, 2 elevators, electric power plants, water storage tank and reuse of gray water. Excellent opportunity to have excellent restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms and more.

COMING TO BOQUETE!

There are new commercial buildings setting empty since the seven years I've been here, but the people with the money keep building more. I'm baffled.
Any idea of a Date when it will be finished?
Preliminary question might be 'when will construction start?'
Moderator: With all due respect your statement: " Is located in a strategic point of the city of Boquete in Chiriqui." "City" is a far stretch of the immigration. The pueblo of Boquete is not even a Town, it is a Village than can be walked through in 20 minutes, has three streets that converse into one street. It is a beautiful village, perhaps not as beautiful as before what with all the traffic but still just a village. In my opinon:
Panama City is a City,
David is a Town and
Boquete is a Village.
Glad to see that it is growing and competition is always good.
Hello Patrick, I should have mentioned that is the write up sent to me by the developer. Yes, they are self promoting.
Well thats a great challenge in order all bussiness success, in the meantime theowners of bussiness rentals might think about the operative cost here, may be the prices drop a little bit, (which is the best way to continue with commerce here indeed) anyhow its great news, town is too crowded, not much parking spaces, the roads, well the roads is another story, town is growing, many persosn from Panama city are moving into Chiriquí, I found some collegues from university that moved to Boquete aand David, ppl is getting sick of PTY, its great news more bussiness places, but pls. OWNERS keep in mind the rental prices!
Sometimes developers get a little over ambitious.
And this from a culture who hasn't yet learned how to sensibly dispose of trash.
Federal Mall is being built for nationals, not for our little community, John. I do agree though, that there are certainly signs of over development in Boquete.
Just in Alto Boquete, there is a filling station with strip stores being constructed at Oriana, next to Daniel Higgins new apartment and retail complex. Another Chinese store is being built across from Guadalupano, Alto Dorado's almost finished their new centre at the Caldera turnoff, and there's progress on the Lighthouse plaza near Los Molinos.
Only those with deep pockets who can afford to carry empty rental units while demand catches up with supply will survive.
