We've had such success with our wee riders enthusiasm and energy, that we're branching out into the realm of Pony Day Care. Moms, drop your children off and go somewhere and relax. You deserve it! 2 hours, Twice a week, custom times available. This is our Pony Pals offer. This is open to anyone who has a child who wishes to be around ponies. We'll also rent out facility for birthday parties, should our Pony Pals wish a Pony Pal Birthday Party!
Your child will be kept busy with challenging and fun activities- contrary to popular belief, very little with actual riding. The theme will be ponies, and they will learn all about ponies, equipment and tack. We also have lambs, goats and dogs to interact and play with. Individual and group duties keep our Pony Pals busy, such as Pony Workers and Busy Bee Ponies. Children will be in part classroom setting, entertained with connect the dots ponies, match pony to equipment challenge, puzzles, etc. Games will consist of: Red light- Green light, Simon Says, Red Rover, and Duck duck.. Goose, in the comfort and safety of the indoor arena. Last but certainly not least, Pony Pool time will last no more than 1/2 hour, pending sunny, warm days. No actual ponies will be in the pool. Ha!

Children who have been exposed to ponies and the work which is involved have proven to be more responsible and disciplined than other children, even more so than those possessing pets such as dogs and hamsters, etc. Ponies require a great deal of respect for their little handlers. This transfers to children in their daily lives and has produced many leaders in adult life, because of it.

It is safety first here at stables. Hard helmets are worn when on ponies, with complete supervision. No children are ever left unattended. Ponies are selectively picked based on temperament and personality. Last, but most importantly, our Instructors are certified in: Emergency First Responders, Cruz Roja Panemena, Equine Safety, and 4-H Leaders. We are by no means saying that wee ponies pose any threat to your child, but we must plan for all contingencies such as bee sting, allergies, falling down, health issues, etc. We firmly believe that anyone who offers such services dealing with small children should not only be First Aid/CPR trained, but experienced in real life cases in the field.

Our most FAQ's is: "Do your horses kick?" No. They do not. A horse that kicks is a mean horse or one who does not respect it's owner or rider for lack of proper training and handling.
