I suggest that you do not buy from PriceSmart on line because after you wait a long time to receive your merchadise after you paid for it and paid extra for fast delivery (10 days), then you have to deal with returns. We bought 2 tables from them and after we picked up at the club and used a couple of weeks found out they (neither of them) can not connect to the WIFI, took them back and now they send them to Panamá to check them (return to us in 30 days) The were not helpful . By the way the manager of the department told us that we could return them in 30 days no questions asked, That was ton true. Govern yourself accordingly

I bought my treadmills on-line at their store. The manager helped me order them. My previous, wonderful, treadmill was purchased in the States and the poor wiring at my gym, at the time, ruined it. So, of course, my first question to the manager was about support if something happened to it. He said that would not be a problem, they would take care of it. Well, before a year ended, something happened. It wasn't anything major, but I didn't know how to fix it. When I talked to the manager, he said he couldn't help me. He referred me to the man who fixes things in their store. He thought the worker could help me when he was off work. The guy didn't have a clue about treadmills, so I was left to my own resources. I ended up calling the treadmill company and they sent me the part. I only needed to pay the postage, which was a lot because it was heavy. I got a local electrician to put it in. It works fine now, but there was no support from Price Smart.
Even if you were in the US, after a year they (any company) wouldn't have helped you though. The manufacturer, yeah, maybe.
This happened in less than a month, the problem is that they lied to me when we bought the 2 tablets, they said 30 days to return if we did not like them, on top of that the were defective, and still waiting for Panama to fix the or change them. Bad customer service
Jorge, I was referring to the person with the treadmill.
Customer support is hard to find in any country. Everybody just points to the manufacturers warranty and tells you to contact them. If you're lucky and return it quickly, you might get an exchange. I'm not particularly lucky.
How does a table connect to WIFI anyway?
Sorry speling "Tablet"
I am guessing he meant a 'cable'
