Recommendations Neesed for Costa Rica trip

Hi All, we have friends visiting and they would like to go to the beaches in Costa Rica. They would be traveling using the bus from David and just want to stay 1 or 2 nights. Does anyone know a nice place for them to go?

    In my opinion,Uvita is a bit of a hidden gem.It has great beaches, is probably the closest,with the least crowded beaches. It's very close to Dominical which also is good with spectacular views. Only about 3 hrs from David and a regular stop for Tracopa bus line. The best is likely Manuel Antonio/ Quepos;further away,but top rated and absolutely gorgeous and of course more expensive.
