It appears to be "open" as there are cars and folks there. Can anyone tell us what is going on there? I thought there was no money to staff and equip the hospital.

Official opening today in Los Anastacios.
The Ministerio de Salud moved the equipment from the Dolega Clinic on the weekend while Dolegueños were partying at Fiestas Patronales.
They are upset that they will now have to go to Los Anastacios for medical treatment, and that many local food vendors who operated near the old Clinic will be forced out of business.

It was my understanding that the problem was a water connection.
I saw the same thing yesterday, and am wondering what is going on?
