Open Blue operates out of Puerto Lindo. An absolutely beautiful place on the Carribean that we lived for several months. Tremendous not only in it's beauty, but also in the reduced contamination present in the Pacific.
I agree with Lee. This fish market on the way to the airport is a great place to shop...The couple that owns it had a fish market in New York before. The women is bilingual and very accomadating..When you buy filets they cut them right there for you. Specail orders are no problem....Corvina is very good for cerviche.
Hilary, that was just a friendly poke. Life will be a lot easier for you if you learn the names of towns places and how to pronounce them correctly. It only takes one wrong syllable to throw people off if you're asking for directions or a bus. We have all been through it. Writing stuff down usually helps. Besides that, I like S C R A B B L E.
I'm hooked on phonics but likely will do spanish soon with a southern drawl. This could be entertaining. Southern Gentlemen with college degrees often impress themselves. FYI my brain is for entertainment only. RETIRED
As I stated above.... people from Panama prefer other fish available at Mercados de Mariscos than Tilapias. Most Panamanians have the same opinion like you. We have better fish.

No offense. Sounds human to me. More so than some around here.
I found a farm just south of Delago. But, I used Corvina as lee suggested.
