Perhaps this will help people get an idea of where, when and for how long water outages occur. (If your casa has a storage tank and pump you may not be aware of short outages.)

No water for almost 3 days here in Brisas.
No water in El Frances arriba for a week. I went to the Alcaldia Monday and Tuesday, and I think after seeing me and neighbors coming in ( not just gringos) everyday, she gave me two phone numbers of the guys who "work" on the water lines:
Manuel (night flow) 6951-5174
Roberto (day flow) 6708-0630
Roberto answered his phone and told us because Frances is night flow, he can't help us. Called Manuel, no answer. But at least we have some direct numbers now. Maybe it will help all of us.
No water coming into Brisas Boquetenas since yesterday. Anyone else having problems?
We had strong water for over 8 hours yesterday in Brisas.
We have had no shortages or loss of water, that we know of, in Alto Dorado since we arrived here almost 6-weeks ago
water flowed into the tanks all last night, and now tanks are full! No better birthday present! Seems like we are back to water at night. I can live with that!
drove by a house on the main entrance road yesterday afternoon about 4:30 with the outside spigot open and water running into ditch...drove up and honked, but no one was home so got out and closed the spigot...hope it helped...also would be better if the neighbors would forgo lawn watering
There is a significant water leak of YEARS in duration by the Cable and Wireless office for all to see. There were three some years back, which I reported then. Two of those were fixed later on. This makes the parking area for the Buchahin Taller (father was an Alcalde sometime back) wet for them.

woke up this morning in El Frances to water! Pressure is low, and water trickled into tanks during the night. But it was water! Let's see if continues. It was stronger coming in at 6:30 am than at 7 am. Hopeful...
Lots of high pressure leaks today around El Seminario and Oriana. Water is on right now @ 50 PSI in Brisas Boqueteñas.
