American Citizen Services Unit Outreach in Bocas del Toro
Consul General Landon Taylor and U.S. Embassy Panama’s American Citizens Services (ACS) staff will visit Isla Colón, Bocas Del Toro on Thursday, June 6, 2019. The Consul General will host a Town Hall to introduce himself, answer questions, and to hear about your experiences as U.S. citizens living in Bocas del Toro from 10am-11am in the meeting room of the Autoridad de Turismo on Isla Colón. We welcome all U.S. citizens living in Bocas del Toro province to attend.
Following the Town Hall, ACS will provide notary services from 11am to noon and passport renewals from noon to 1pm by appointment ONLY.

When: Thursday, June 6. Town Hall 10:00-11:00am; Notarial services 11:00am-12pm; Passport renewal services 12-1pm.

A cashier's check must be made out to "u.s. embassy panama." Panama banks require that this be exact.

YES, they notarize. No cash or credit card. You will need a cashiers check. Need copy of both front and back of drivers license. Take extra copies you never know around here. They Notarize the license for Panama. These visits are first come first serve every time I went. Things might have changed. I see where it is by appointment only but no place to register on all three website pages listed above. Go early. You might give them a call. (507) 317-5000. Go to this website. Was $50. Don't know the price now.

Hi, does anybody knows if American Citizen Services can Certify a US Driver License on this date and how much does it cost? I need to get a Panamenian Driver License and they are asking me for this certification. Thank you in advance.
