New in Boquete; was wondering what a sandwich 'factory' was; I will stop instead of driving by it almost every day. Food looks great and is so close to my new home.

Dropped by today for lunch. Fresh tuna salad was fabulous! Hubby had BBQ sandwich which he also enjoyed.

Stopped at the Branding Iron for breakfast last week. Disappointed he didn't have biscuits and gravy right now (low season) but the meal we had was great and satisfied the craving for sausage. Fortunately we make pretty decent biscuits and gravy at home.

We'll be back to both places!

Excuse me? You, are the one who needs to chill out. Who the heck do you think you are telling someone to tranquilo? For the past several weeks I notice you are the only one here that puts others down if you disagree with them. You are a really bossy person. You should think before you demand to know where someone buys their products. Maybe he didn't care to share that information with you, but felt obligated.

I love the salad additons and of course, you have so much room to grow, given your extrodinary talent of understanding what is needed here in Boquete. Truly unique and special. I admire your spirit. Thank you for all the hard work you and your family do.

It does not imply that every product he uses is organic. If you will notice it says the organic products are fresh. You, seem like a very contradictory and angry person. Why must you always make comments and try to prove you know more than everyone else?
